Layered Mexican Salad
Layered Mexican Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can refried beans, 16 oz. sour cream, 4 large tomatoes, 12 oz. grated cheddar cheese and 1/2 lb. hamburger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Brown and drain hamburger.
Let cool.
Heat refried beans. In a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, spread beans on bottom.
Sprinkle hamburger over beans.
Mix taco seasoning with sour cream and spread over hamburger.
Dice tomatoes and green onions.
Sprinkle tomatoes over sour cream mixture and green onions over tomatoes. Top with cheese.
Serve with Mexican corn chips.
