Layered Mexican Dip
Layered Mexican Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can refried beans, 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream, 1 envelope taco seasoning mix, 1 large pkg. shredded taco cheese and 1 small tomato, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix together the tomato, pepper and olives.
Spread beans on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
In a bowl, mix sour cream and taco mix; spread over beans.
Sprinkle cheese over sour cream layer. On top, spread the tomato mixture.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 20 minutes, or until hot and melted.
Serve with nacho chips.
