Layered Lettuce Salad
Layered Lettuce Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, cut up or shredded, 1 1/2 c. celery, chopped, 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped, 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained and 1 green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Layer the first 6 ingredients in 3-inch deep 9 x 13-inch dish; do not mix.
Spread mayonnaise and sugar mixture over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Refrigerate 24 hours.
