Layered Lettuce Salad
Layered Lettuce Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head lettuce, 1 c. celery, diced, 4 eggs, hard-cooked and sliced, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, uncooked and 1/2 c. green pepper, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Tear lettuce into small bite-size pieces and place in 9 x 13-inch dish or Tupperware.
Layer remainder of ingredients in order given.
Add sugar to mayonnaise and spread over the top as you would frosting.
Top with grated cheese.
Cover and refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours.
Cut out in squares.
Stays fresh longer since mayonnaise is not mixed into salad.
