Layered Lettuce Salad
Layered Lettuce Salad is an impressive salad you can prepare in just 50 minutes. Made with lettuce, in small pieces, c. diced celery, hard-boiled eggs, sliced, (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed (uncooked) and c. diced green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Layer first 7 ingredients in order given in a 12 x 9-inch casserole dish.
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and sugar; spread evenly over top of salad completely sealing to edges. Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and refrigerate 8 to 12 hours. Garnish with parsley.
