Layered Lemon Crumb Bars
Layered Lemon Crumb Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 c. realemon lemon juice, 1 tsp. grated lemon rind, 2/3 c. butter or margarine and 1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine sweetened condensed milk, ReaLemon and rind; set aside.
In large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add flour, oats, baking powder and salt; mix until crumbly.
Press half the oat mixture on bottom of lightly greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Top with lemon mixture.
Stir spices into remaining crumb mixture; sprinkle evenly over lemon layer.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool; chill.
Store, covered, in refrigerator.
