Layered Fruit Salad
Layered Fruit Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in just 58 minutes. Made with medium apples, unpeeled and diced, (17 oz.) can apricot halves, drained and sliced, (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained, (20 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained and c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Layer apples, apricots, pears, peaches and pineapple in a large bowl. Combine orange juice and lemon juice.
Pour over fruit. Spread cherry pie filling on top, then cover and chill 2 hours.
Arrange bananas over pie filling.
Sprinkle with coconut. Serve immediately.
Yields 14 to 16 servings.
