Layered Dessert
Layered Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks butter, softened to room temperature, 2 c. flour, 1 c. chopped pecans, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 2 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In a large bowl, mix by hand butter, flour and pecans.
Press into 9 X 13 baking dish and bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool.
Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Add a drop or two of milk, if needed.
Spread over cooked crust.
Mix together instant pudding and milk.
Spread over cream cheese.
Top with softened Cool Whip.
