Layer Salad
Layer Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, broken into bite size, 1/2 bell pepper, chopped, 3/4 c. celery, chopped, 1/2 onion, chopped and 1 pkg. unthawed frozen english peas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a large bowl break up lettuce into bite-size pieces.
Put layer of pepper, celery and onion on top of lettuce.
Spread uncooked peas on top of these vegetables.
Carefully spread salad dressing on top.
Sprinkle cheese and bacon bits on top. Seal with Saran and let set overnight.
