Lavender Rose Potpourri
Lavender Rose Potpourri is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. lavender flowers, 2 c. rose petals and bulbs, 1 c. oak moss, 3 tbsp. patchouli leaves and 3 grated, ground or broken tonka beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Put 2 tablespoons orris root in 2 small jars with lids.
Add rose oil to one and lavender oil to the other.
Let stand 48 hours.
Then mix all other ingredients together and add scented orris root.
Put all in a large, glass jar.
Rock and roll jar everytime you pass by.
Allow about one month to mellow.
