Lasagne
Lasagne is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 qt. tomatoes, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 or 2 envelopes spaghetti sauce mix and garlic salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown meat; pour off fat.
Add next 4 ingredients.
Cover and simmer 40 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Salt to taste unless garlic salt is used.
Cook noodles tender.
Drain in cold water. Place half in large baking pan.
Cover with 1/3 sauce.
Add 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of cottage cheese.
Repeat layers, ending with the sauce.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Let cool 15 minutes.
Cut in squares.
