Lasagne
Lasagne is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 1/2 lb. italian sausage, 2 large onions, 1 garlic clove, minced and 2 lb. 3 oz. tomatoes (undrained), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown meat, remove and drain.
Saute onions and garlic in 3 tablespoons oil.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, Italian herbs, sugar and meat.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Combine eggs, spinach, Ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Layers: lasagne noodles, cheese mixture, meat mixture and Mozzarella.
Top with Mozzarella.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
