Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 tbsp. parsley flakes, 1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce and 1 tbsp. italian seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown meat and add next 6 ingredients.
Simmer uncovered until thick (about 1 hour), stirring occasionally.
Cook noodles in boiling salt water until tender, drain, rinse in cold water. Meanwhile combine cottage cheese with the next 5 ingredients. Place half of the noodles in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Spread half of the cheese and half the meat mixture.
Repeat layers.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.
Remove from oven and let stand about 15 minutes before serving.
Serves 6 to 8 people.
