Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. italian sausage, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 tbsp. whole basil, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown meat.
Drain excess fat.
Add sausage, garlic, basil, salt, tomatoes and tomato paste.
Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Cook noodles, drain; rinse.
Beat eggs.
Add Ricotta, Romano cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
Layer half the noodles in baking dish.
Spread with 1/2 the Ricotta filling.
Add 1/2 Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 the meat sauce.
Repeat.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Let cool 10 minutes.
