Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 3/4 c. chopped onion, 1 clove garlic, crushed, 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes (juice and all) and 1 can tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown ground beef and onion together.
Chop up tomatoes.
Mix in saucepan tomatoes, tomato paste, parsley flakes, sugar, salt, basil, garlic and oregano.
Heat to boiling.
Stir occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 15 to 20 minutes.
