Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/3 c. olive oil, 1 lb. ground chuck or round, 1 clove garlic, minced, 2 c. italian tomatoes and 1 c. tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown meat in oil.
Add the next 10 ingredients to the meat; simmer, uncovered, until thick.
Discard bay leaf.
Cook the lasagna noodles in rapidly boiling salted water for about 15 minutes, until tender but not soft.
Drain.
Combine the next 7 ingredients.
Place all in the buttered casserole in the following order: cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, noodles, meat sauce and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375Β°, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
