Boil noodles in salted water until tender; drain.

Brown hamburger with onion.

Add sauce, spices and cottage cheese. Layer 1/2 of noodles in 9 x 13 x 2-inch Pyrex dish.

Top with 1/2 of sauce.

Sprinkle with 1/2 of Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Repeat with remainder.

Bake covered in foil on 350Β° for 45 minutes.
