Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated, 1 large carton ricotta cheese, 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste, 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
Brown ground beef.
Add tomato paste, sauce, water, wine, oregano, sugar, salt and pepper. Simmer for several hours.
Whip an egg and add to Ricotta.
Layer noodles, meat sauce, Ricotta and Mozzarella in large deep lasagna pan.
Top with Mozzarella and Parmesan.
Can be frozen.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 45 minutes.
