Lasagne
Lasagne is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 8 oz. noodles and 1/2 lb. ricotta cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Add hamburger and minced garlic.
Brown.
Then add tomato sauce and seasonings.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook noodles.
Put alternate layers of noodles, Mozzarella, cottage cheese, meat sauce and Parmesan cheese in greased pan. End with meat sauce and Parmesan cheese.
Bake in oven at 375Β° for 45 minutes or until firm.
