Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onion, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 tsp. chili powder and salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onion and pepper in olive oil.
Add ground round and brown.
Mash garlic with a small pinch of salt.
Add to meat.
Add water, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, chili powder, pepper and salt.
Simmer for about 15 minutes.
While sauce cooks, prepare noodles.
Leave them in water.
