Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground meat, 2 onions, 1 (12 oz.) can paste, 1 can tomato sauce and 2 cans tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown meat and drain.
Chop onions; add to meat.
Add tomato sauce and paste.
Chop the tomatoes and add them and juice to meat.
Add remaining seasonings.
Add seasonings to suit your taste.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Cook lasagna noodles as directed. Put small amount of meat sauce on bottom of large baking dish. Layer noodles, meat, cottage cheese, Parmesan, Mozzarella, noodles, meat, etc.
End with Parmesan cheese.
Make 3 layers.
