Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 onion, 1 large can tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste and 1 lb. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown ground beef and onion together.
Add tomato sauce and simmer.
Add cottage cheese; set aside.
Boil noodles in boiling water; drain.
Layer in baking dish: sauce, lasagna noodles and Mozzarella cheese.
Continue until all is used up.
Bake about 25 minutes or until heated thoroughly at 375Β°, uncovered.
