Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck or 1 can ground meat, 2 tsp. sugar, 1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) jar chunky style pasta sauce, 1/2 c. parmesan cheese and 6 oz. lasagna noodles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil and drain lasagna noodles.
Follow package directions. While noodles are boiling, brown meat in skillet. Empty pasta sauce in saucepan and add meat and sugar.
In baking dish (about 13 x 9-inch), alternate layers of noodles, cottage cheese mix, Mozzarella cheese and sauce.
Use sauce for top layer. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in a 375Β° oven. Serves 6.
