Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger meat, 2 tbsp. parsley flakes, 1/2 tsp. oregano, 1 3/4 c. tomatoes or tomato juice and 2 c. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown hamburger.
Add garlic, parsley flakes, oregano, salt, tomatoes or juice, tomato paste and water.
Simmer 1 hour.
Grease dish, layer noodles, sauce, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
