Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste, 1/8 tsp. minced garlic flakes, 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese and 18 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.

Brown meat, stirring to separate.

Add spaghetti sauce, tomato paste, salt, Italian seasoning and garlic.

If desired, allow to simmer 10 to 15 minutes.

Drain any excess liquid from cottage cheese. Combine cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese.

Spoon about 1/3 of meat sauce in bottom of 9 x 13-x 2-inch baking dish or two 9 x 9-inch dishes.

Cover meat with 1/2 of noodles.

Spread noodles with 1/2 of cottage cheese and 1/2 of shredded Mozzarella cheese. Repeat ending with meat sauce.

Sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese, if desired.

Bake in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.

Let set 5 to 10 minutes to set.

Makes 12 (3-inch) servings.
