Lasagna Toss
Lasagna Toss is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. shell macaroni (uncooked), 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 clove garlic, minced and 1 3/4 c. (15 1/2 oz. jar) spaghetti sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Cook pasta according to directions; drain. In large skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic; drain. Stir in sauce and simmer 10 minutes or until heated through. Stir pasta into sauce.
Place 1/2 pasta mixture in 2-quart casserole.
Combine cottage cheese with parsley; evenly spread on top of mixture.
Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
Place remaining mixture on top of cheese; cover with remaining Mozzarella. Sprinkle with Parmesan, if desired.
Cover; bake 20 to 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
