Lasagna Squares
Lasagna Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. cottage cheese, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained, 1 tsp. oregano leaves and 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Grease or spray with Pam an 8 x 8 x 2-inch square baking dish. Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in dish.
Mix beef, herbs, paste and 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese.
Spoon evenly over top.
Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick mix, salt and pepper with wire whip.
Whisk until smooth 1 minute.
Pour into dish.
Bake approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
