Lasagna Rolls
Lasagna Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 pieces lasagna, 4 oz. mozzarella, 1 lb. ricotta, 1/4 c. parmesan and 4 oz. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook lasagna; pat dry.
Mix Ricotta, Parmesan, 1/2 the Mozzarella, salt, egg, pepper, parsley and fried beef (drained). Spread on lasagna noodles; roll up.
Place in baking dish; spoon 1/2 cup sauce in pan.
Cover with remaining sauce and top with Mozzarella.
Bake at 375Β° for 1/2 hour.
