Lasagna Rolls
Lasagna Rolls is an easy dinner. Made with 6 large lasagna noodles, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook noodles according to directions.
Brown beef in skillet; drain.
Stir in spaghetti sauce; simmer for 5 minutes.
Drain noodles.
On each noodle, spread 1/4 cup meat sauce; top with 1 to 2 tablespoons cheese.
Carefully roll up noodle and place, seam side down, in a 9 x 9-inch dish.
Spoon remaining sauce over each roll.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 400Β° for 10 to 15 minutes.
