Lasagna Rolls
Lasagna Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with lasagna noodles, cooked, 1 c. cottage cheese, 1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook lasagna noodles per package directions.
Mix together all cheeses (except topping cheese), egg and parsley to make filling. Place 1/3 cup filling on lasagna noodles and roll up like a pinwheel (seam side down).
Place in baking pan that has 1 cup of spaghetti sauce spread on bottom.
Continue until filling mixture is used up.
Cover rolls with remaining spaghetti sauce and 1 to 2 cups Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 300Β° for 45 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
