Lasagna Rolls
Lasagna Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained, 1 c. chopped mushrooms, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1 1/2 c. v-8 juice and 1/2 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine hamburger, mushrooms, pepper, V-8, oregano, pepper and cornstarch.
Cook until vegetables are tender and sauce thickens, stirring constantly 5 minutes or more.
Layer this mixture, then 1/3 cup of cheeses and eggs mixed on each noodle and roll up. Place in 13 x 9-inch pan and add 1 cup of sauce on bottom and put rolls in, then top with remaining sauce.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
Add Parmesan cheese on top and bake 5 minutes more.
