Lasagna Roll-Ups
Lasagna Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 pieces curly edge lasagna, uncooked, 1 3/4 c. ricotta cheese, 1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded, 1 egg and 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook pasta just enough so it is soft enough to roll.
Don't overcook.
Drain and lay flat on foil to cool.
Combine Ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of Mozzarella cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in bowl.
Spread cheese filling on each noodle.
Top with a little sauce, then roll them up.
Place in baking dish seam side down.
Top with more sauce.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Top with remaining Mozzarella cheese.
Continue to bake until cheese melts.
