Lasagna Roll-Ups
Lasagna Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles, 1 slightly beaten egg, 15 oz. tub ricotta cheese, 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained and 1/2 c. parmesan, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook noodles; drain.
Combine egg, Ricotta and Parmesan. Spread mixture on each noodle.
Roll each up.
Spread sauce on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Arrange rolls, seam side down. Pour remaining sauce over all.
Sprinkle Mozzarella over top. Cover.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
