Lasagna Roll-Ups
Lasagna Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 lasagna noodles, 2 c. ricotta cheese, 1 egg, 1/4 c. chopped parsley or 1 1/2 tbsp. dried parsley and 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Prepare noodles per package directions.
Drain and rinse noodles with cold water.
Mix Ricotta, egg, parsley and 1 cup Mozzarella in bowl; set aside. Cook sausage until brown and crumbly; drain.
Spread 1/2 cup sauce in 9 x 13 baking dish.
Spread 3 tablespoons Ricotta mixture on each noodle; top with sausage.
Roll up each noodle.
Arrange seam sides down in baking dish.
Top roll-ups with remaining sauce and Mozzarella cheese.
Bake loosely covered for 15 minutes.
Remove cover; bake for 10 minutes longer or until brown and bubbly. Serves 6.
