Lasagna Pie
Lasagna Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 tsp. oregano, 1/2 tsp. basil, 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste and 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook beef over medium heat until browned.
Drain.
Stir in oregano, basil, tomato paste and Mozzarella cheese.
In a greased pie plate, layer Ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Spoon beef mixture over cheese.
Beat together remaining ingredients and pour over beef.
Bake at 400Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese.
Cottage cheese can be substituted for Ricotta cheese.
