Lasagna Maria
Lasagna Maria is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, 1 (1 lb.) mild bulk pork sausage, 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 1/2 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook noodles according to package directions, omitting salt and then drain.
Cook sausage until browned, stirring to crumble; set aside.
Combine egg and next 5 ingredients, stirring well.
Spread 1/2 cup meat sauce in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Layer half of Ricotta cheese and 1/3 cup remaining meat sauce. Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
