Lasagna Like
Lasagna Like is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. noodles, 1 lb. ground beef or turkey, 2 c. tomato sauce, 1 c. cottage cheese and 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook noodles.
Cook meat in a skillet, breaking up lumps.
Add tomato sauce.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat. Combine cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, scallions and green pepper.
In casserole, make layers of noodles and the cheese mixture.
Pour the meat sauce over all.
Pour melted butter on top.
Chill at least 1 hour.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes.
