Lasagna Florentine
Lasagna Florentine is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 2 tbsp. oil, 3 garlic cloves, salt or soy sauce and 1 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Set water for lasagna to boil.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet and saute garlic.
Add thawed spinach and let steam over low heat, covered, until limp.
Add sprinkle of salt or soy sauce if desired.
Set aside.
Add remaining tablespoon oil in large skillet and saute onion, add squash and stir until slightly cooked.
