Lasagna Casserole
Lasagna Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, chopped, 2 tbsp. salad or olive oil and 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In large, heavy pan mix ground chuck in hot oil.
Saute onion and garlic until brown.
Add tomato paste and sugar.
Fry for a few more minutes and add water and other ingredients, except Parmesan cheese and lasagna noodles.
In separate pan, cook lasagna noodles in hot salted water; when done remove from fire, drain and rinse until cooled.
Add 1 layer noodles and layer of sauce.
Continue until all is used.
Add the cheese to top.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Serve.
