Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. italian sausage or ground round, 3 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste, 1 c. water, 1 tbsp. dried basil, crushed and 1 clove garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown sausage; drain.
Add tomato paste, water, basil, garlic and 1 teaspoon salt (Mrs. Dash).
Simmer, covered, 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Cook noodles; drain.
Combine eggs, Ricotta, Romano, parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
