Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. italian sausage, 1 can stewed tomatoes, 1 can tomato paste, 1 can tomato purée and 1 tsp. parsley flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut casings from Italian sausage and brown, drain well.
Boil Lasagna noodles 15 minutes and drain.
Mix sauce: paste, stewed tomatoes, purée, parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and add Italian sausage.
Set aside.
Arrange in layers in greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan (sauce, noodles, cottage cheese, sauce, noodles, mozzarella cheese etc.
End with noodles on top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
Do not add water.
