Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. wide noodles, 2 eggs, 1 lb. ricotta cheese, 1 lb. mozzarella cheese and 1/2 lb. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Boil noodles 15 minutes in salted water.
Beat eggs and Ricotta cheese.
Cover bottom of greased glass pan with spaghetti sauce, next layer noodles, more sauce, Ricotta mixture, then Mozzarella cheese and crumbled Italian sausage.
Repeat layer of noodles, sauce, cheeses and sausage; top with noodles and sauce and sprinkle grated cheese over.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
