Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped onion, 1 clove garlic, minced, 3 tbsp. hot salad oil, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef and 3 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute onion and garlic in hot oil.
Add ground beef to crumble; cook until lightly browned.
Add tomato paste and water, mixing well.
Simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
Cook noodles and drain. Spoon 1/3 of sauce into 13 1/2 x 8 3/4 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish. Add half noodles and half of Ricotta.
Repeat layers and spoon on remaining sauce.
Arrange Mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Serves 8 to 12.
