Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 tsp. olive oil, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1 clove garlic, 2 (no. 2) cans tomatoes and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saut olive oil, chopped onions and garlic.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, basil, salt and pepper.
Simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
Cook lasagna noodles (drain).
Mix in bowl Ricotta cheese with parsley and oregano, Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
In a 13 x 9-inch oblong pan, layer ingredients, starting and ending with the sauce.
