Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. hamburger, 1 onion, chopped, 1 medium cottage cheese, 1 large can tomato puree and 1 to 2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown hamburger and onion.
Pour in puree and seasoning.
Cook and simmer for 1/2 hour.
Remove from heat and mix in cottage cheese.
Cook and drain noodles in buttered pan.
Alternate noodles, meat sauce and cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 1/2 hours.
