Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 large jar spaghetti sauce, 1 pkg. lasagna noodles, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp cheddar cheese and 2 (8 oz.) pkg. monterey jack cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix together Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese after shredding.
Cook noodles until tender; drain and set aside.
Brown ground beef in large skillet with onion.
Drain excess grease.
In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer noodles, ground beef and cheeses.
Make another layer the same, this time add the cottage cheese before the ground beef.
Bake at 425Β° for 15 minutes.
