Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped onions, 3 cloves garlic, minced, 2 tbsp. puritan oil, 1 lb. lean ground beef and 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans no-salt added stewed tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute the onions and garlic in oil in a large skillet on medium heat until soft.
Push to one side of skillet.
Add ground beef and cook, stirring well, to crumble beef.
Drain, if necessary.
Add tomatoes and break into smaller pieces.
Add tomato paste, basil, oregano and sugar.
Simmer 30 minutes.
