Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 lb. hot sausage, 48 oz. ragu, 1 (16 oz.) box lasagna, uncooked and 1 lb. ricotta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown ground chuck and hot sausage.
Add sauce and simmer 1/2 hour.
Combine cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper for filling.
Pour about 1/2 cup meat sauce on bottom of large pan (large roaster pan or 2 lasagna pans).
Lay 4 or 5 pieces of dry lasagna noodles lengthwise over sauce; leave space for expansion. Spread with cheese sauce.
Alternate until full, ending with meat sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
