Drain meat.

Mix tomato sauce, tomato paste, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, pepper, oregano, sugar, mushrooms in saucepan.

Add meat, cook over medium heat stirring frequently until sauce reaches slow boil. Reduce lowest simmer, stir occasionally. Preheat oven to 350Β°.

Prepare lasagna noodles according to directions on package.

Cover bottom of dish with a layer of noodles;

1/2 of sauce to cover noodles, then add 1/2 Ricotta followed

Mozzarella, use remaining noodles to cover cheeses.

Add the rest of the sauce, Ricotta and Mozzarella. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
