Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 4 green onions, chopped, 1 pkg. lasagna noodles, 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped and 1 c. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix ground beef, onions and peppers.
Brown and drain.
Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese and 1/2 of the Cheddar cheese and tomato sauce.
Cook noodles.
Make layers of noodles, meat and sauce; repeat until ingredients run out.
Add the remaining cheese and bake in a 350Β° oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
When done, add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder or oregano on top.
